- Our commitment? To offer you long-lasting products that you can use on all your country walks. Because the products we like the most are those with a story behind them that is still continuing!
- The warranty covers all backpack defects except those caused by normal wear and tear and improper use. This special 10-year warranty is only valid with the product and sales receipt. If the product is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired or exchanged free of charge. This sales warranty does not affect the statutory rights applicable in your country and/or state.
- The volume of each backpack is measured using a standardized method: we fill the main compartment as well as each pocket with little balls. We then empty the balls into a graduated container that gives us the equivalent volume in liters.
- 1 – Loosen all the straps (straps, hip belt, load adjuster straps). 2 – Put the backpack on. 3 – For backpacks with a capacity of 50 L or more, place the waist belt on the hips (it should cover the hip bones) and tighten it. For smaller backpacks, the waist belt should be positioned around the waist. 4 -Tighten the shoulder straps. 5 – Adjust the load adjuster straps as needed.
- Place the bedding at the bottom. Place heavy gear (tent, camp stove, food) near your back. Pack your clothes around these items. Put the groundsheet under the flap with the tent under the backpack, if there is not enough space inside. Keep a waterproof jacket and/or fleece close at hand. Place small items that you will need during the day (e.g. sunblock, map, glasses, etc.) in the pockets. The water bladder must be placed in the compartment that is generally provided along the back.
